The DeWitt Area Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit corporation organized and supported by volunteers to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the DeWitt area so that its citizens and all areas of the business community shall prosper. This consortium of businesses is committed to improving the business climate and building a great community.
The DeWitt Chamber organizes and directs the energies of those who believe that a community worth living in, is a community worth improving. The Chamber enables people to accomplish collectively what no one person or business could do individually.
The DeWitt Chamber is governed by a dedicated group of business leaders who donate their time and resources to support the Chamber and the Chamber’s activities. All administrative duties, events, and publications are the result of volunteers, there is no paid staff. All monies collected in the way of dues and/or sponsorships is carefully scrutinized and administered to achieve the maximum benefit possible.
Luncheon Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of every month. Current members and guests are welcome to attend. Check out our website calendar for details. After Hours Mixers are another way to socialize and network with Chamber members and local business partners. In addition to the social events, the Chamber also hosts seminars and workshops to help businesses prosper. These events are scheduled periodically throughout the year and are held at various DeWitt locations.
The DeWitt Area Chamber of Commerce also has a Charitable Arm, the DeWitt Chamber Foundation which supports educational opportunities throughout Clinton County via post-secondary scholarships. Event details can be found on our website calendar.
